Sanare Home collects only the information needed to operate the store: account identifiers, cart contents, order records, delivery information supplied through the payment provider, and technical information required for security and reliable service.
How we use information
To maintain your cart, account and order history.
To process purchases, prevent fraud and provide customer support.
To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
To improve site reliability without selling personal information.
Payment credentials are handled by PayPal and are not stored by Sanare Home. Service providers may process information only to deliver their contracted services. Records are kept only as long as required for the purpose collected and applicable law. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law provides those rights.

Terms of Use
By using sanarelab.co, you agree to use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. Product descriptions, availability and prices may be corrected before an order is accepted. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed and Sanare Home accepts the order. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction. Product photography may include styled or concept imagery; the confirmed product description governs the purchase.
The site and its original content, branding and design belong to Sanare Home or its licensors. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping Policy
Available destinations, shipping cost and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout before payment. Delivery timing starts after the order is accepted and may vary for remote areas, holidays or carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address.
Risk transfers as required by the consumer law that applies to the order.
Visible delivery damage should be photographed and reported promptly.
Import duties or local charges, when applicable, will be disclosed where reasonably possible.
The live destination list and dispatch estimates will be published when sales open.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to any stronger rights required by local law. Items should be returned in their original condition with included parts and packaging.
Contact customer support before returning an item to receive return instructions. Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping may be deducted from the refund where permitted. Refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Original expedited shipping is generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Personalised items, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards and final-sale products may be excluded where the law permits. Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be handled at no additional cost to the customer.

Payment Policy
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown before the customer authorises payment. Sanare Home uses PayPal to create and capture payments; PayPal’s applicable terms and privacy statement also govern its processing.
Orders are not paid until PayPal confirms a completed capture for the exact order total and currency. A pending authorisation is not a completed order. Sanare Home does not request payment through personal transfers, messages or off-site links.
The site uses strictly necessary storage to keep a shopping cart, maintain a secure session and support account sign-in. These technologies are required for requested store functions and cannot be disabled through the site.
Sanare Home does not currently use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, the site will present appropriate controls before using them where consent is required. Browser settings may clear stored data, but doing so can empty the cart or sign the customer out.

Sanare Home aims to provide a store that can be used with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom and reduced-motion preferences. We work to maintain clear focus states, meaningful labels, readable contrast and responsive layouts.
